Many of us move through life feeling pulled in different directions by competing thoughts, emotions, and desires. This workshop offers a unique opportunity to pause and truly see the picture of who you are. By creating a visual and interactive representation of your inner dynamics, and through hands on, creative process, we’ll guide you to start untangling the complexities of your inner world, helping you gain clarity and self-compassion, and a deeper sense of empowerment.

Hi, I’m Nahid

MA, RP, C.C.C.

I am a Registered Psychotherapist, passionate about guiding women through transformative group therapy experiences. With a holistic approach rooted in mindfulness, Internal Family Systems Therapy (IFS), and Polyvagal Theory, I aim to create a safe, nonjudgmental space for self-exploration and healing. Drawing on my extensive training and personal experiences as a mother and wife, I help women navigate emotions, heal past wounds, and build fulfilling relationships. Together, we’ll foster self-acceptance, inner strength, and emotional well-being to create meaningful connections and growth.

What You’ll Experience:

Are you curious about exploring your emotions and inner patterns in a new and meaningful way?

Through a combination of guided meditations, role play, experiential exercises and meaningful sharing in a safe and supportive space, you will begin to embody the practice of:

Take a step back from the noise and demands of everyday life, create moments of stillness to gain insights into how different aspects of your personality interact, influence your emotions, and shape your decisions.

Notice:

Turn inward and listen to your inner world deeply. Identify the emotions that feel overwhelming and learn to hold space for them without being consumed.

Connect:

Learn to cultivate Self-energy, a grounded and compassionate state that enables you to connect with your inner world. By honouring all aspects of yourself, you’ll build a sense of trust and harmony.
